Redeem Your VIP Credits

Ready to redeem your STRUT VIP credits?

Check your available credits:

First, be sure to sign into your account and check the "current remaining STRUT VIP credits" field to make sure you have enough credits.

Redeem:

Sign into your account below and request the sessions, services or tools you'd like to redeem. If you want to view all the sessions and resources available to you first, you can click view full details on each item, or click here to view them all at once.

 

If you request a one-on-one consultation or group session you'll receive an email with a calendar booking link, so be sure to check your inbox!

If you are redeeming credits for something that does not require a virtual session you will also receive an email and often it will include a survey link for you to provide more information and assets to help us do our best work for you. Once you have submitted all materials, please allow up to two weeks for the work to be done and sent to you.​

Didn't Receive an Email?

Check your spam folder, and be sure to add us to your address book. If you still don't see the email, please reach out to membership@strutentertainment.com with the details of what you were trying to redeem credits for.

Cancellation Policy - Consults & Group Sessions:

Should you need to cancel a consult session for any reason, we ask for at least two business days notice. Then we can put these credits back in your account. If you cancel more than two consult sessions with less than two business days notice, the third time this happens, we will not be able to refund your credits.

If you need to reschedule yourself to a different group session, please contact us at membership@strutentertainment.com at least two business days prior the session so we can assist you.

​

Occasionally, something comes up for our consultants and they might need to move the date and time of your consultation. Should this occur Strut will contact you as soon as possible with alternate date and time option.
