Manage your STRUT VIP account details or check your credits
If any of your member information has changed such as mailing address, phone number or other details, please be sure to update them in the About Tab below and then hit the "save & continue" button.​
Fill in and Update Additional Member Details in your Profile
We want to know some additional details about you so we can curate the STRUT VIP perks and benefits that are most relevant for you!
Please click on the Profile Tab below and fill out your Additional Member Details within two weeks of signing up​. Be sure to hit the "save & continue" button to save any changes that you make.
Questions About Your STRUT VIP Membership?
Trouble logging in? You were assigned a random password when you signed up that you'll find in your welcome email. But don't worry, if you can't find it, you can always reset your password.

How To Cancel Your Membership:
We'd be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your STRUT VIP membership at any time.
To do so simply:
- Click "renew, upgrade or update billing"
- Click "Cancel My Membership"
- Click "Save" button
Keep in mind you will immediately lose access to your Strut VIP credits and member perks, so you should only cancel your membership if you're ok with that taking effect immediately.

Please remember that STRUT VIP does not offer refunds or partial refunds as there is one annual yearly membership fee paid at the start of your membership year.
We'd also love to hear from you on why you're not renewing your membership so we can keep improving our offerings.
