STRUT VIP Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to Strut Entertainment Inc. (“Strut”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and this privacy policy (the “Policy”) sets out how we handle your personal information as part of our STRUT VIP membership program (“Strut VIP” or “Service”). This Policy describes Strut’s policies and procedures on the collection, use, protection and disclosure of personal information of users of the Service (“you” or “Member”).
Strut collects personal information which we deem necessary in our sole discretion for the purposes of providing the Service to Members. By using the Service and submitting any personal information, you consent to Strut’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this Policy and as permitted or required by law.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
Cookies are small files that are stored on a member’s device by the Service, containing the details of that Member’s browsing history and use of the Service, among its many uses. Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal information is any information that relates to an identifiable individual or information that allows an individual to be identified.

Personal Information We Collect
When you subscribe to the Service, Strut may ask you to provide certain personal information which can be used to contact or identify you. Strut also collects personal information from Members to enable access to the Service and provide STRUT VIP related services.
Strut may collect information such as:

● Music preferences
● Social media handles
● Preferred sizing for free merchandize periodically available to Members
● Information about your music or entertainment industry career to date
Strut may share this information with Membership Works (“MW”), Strut’s third-party membership software service provider, so that MW can provide services related to STRUT VIP including hosting services. Strut is subject to the MW terms of service and all Members are subject to it as well. MW’s terms of services are available here, and are incorporated into and made a part of this Policy.
If you provide Strut or our service providers (including MW) with any personal information of anyone other than you then you represent that you have all necessary authority and/or have obtained all necessary consents from such person to enable us to collect, use and disclose such personal information for the purposes set forth in this Policy.
Additional Types of Data Collection
Usage Data
In addition to personal information, we may collect certain Usage Data (as defined below) automatically when you use the Service. This can include when you access the service via a mobile or desktop device. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of Usage Data. “Usage Data” may include information such as your device's internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Strut uses and shares Members’ personal information to provide the Service, including to manage Members’ accounts, respond to requests from Members, fulfill Strut’s obligations to Members, and complete any transactions related to Members’ use of the Service. Strut’s use of information from Members may include, but is not limited to, the following purposes:

To establish or manage memberships with the Service and provide the Service.

To communicate with Members, to accept credit redemption requests, to send receipts, or to deliver tools and resources to Members as part of the Service.

To fulfill Members’ requests for Strut’s services, resources, and products, such as booking a session with an industry expert for career development, etc.

Retention of Your Personal Information
Strut may retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for Strut’s business purposes and as set out in this Policy. Strut will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with Strut’s legal obligations (for example, if Strut is required to retain your information to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Strut’s legal agreements and policies.
Storage and Transfer of Your Personal Information
Strut processes and stores information, including your personal information, in secured locations and on servers controlled by us, located either at our offices or at the offices of our service providers. Strut will take reasonable steps to ensure that Member’s information is kept secure and treated and in accordance with this Policy. We (and our third-party service providers, including MW) operate secure data networks using protection systems and means that are in accordance with industry standards.
Deletion of Your Personal Information
Subject to any legal and contractual requirements, you have the right to withdraw your consent to Strut’s collection of personal information. You may update, amend, or delete your information at any time by signing in to your Account, and visiting the account settings section which allows you to manage your information.
You may also contact Strut via email at membership@strutvip.com to request that Strut provide you with access to, correct, or delete your information.
Please note, however, that Strut may need to retain certain information when Strut has a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
If you withdraw your consent to our collection of personal information, or if you delete or request that we delete your information, then we may not be able to provide the Service to you.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not available to anyone under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 then do not use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If Strut becomes aware that it has collected any personal information from anyone under the age of 18 then Strut may take steps to remove that information from Strut’s servers.
Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to other websites which are not operated by Strut. If a Member clicks through to a third-party link, that Member will be directed to that third party's site. Strut’s Policy does not cover third party sites. Strut has no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Strut may update this Policy from time to time. Strut may notify Members of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page, and/or let Members know via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service. Strut recommends that Members review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
