STRUT VIP Member Code of Conduct
Strut Entertainment Inc. (“Strut”, “we”, “us” and “our”) is dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members of the STRUT VIP program (the “Service” or “STRUT VIP”). Our mission is to support the growth and success of artists and entrepreneurs in the music industry. To uphold these values, we expect all members to adhere to high ethical standards in their interactions with Strut, the Service and its community.
This Code of Conduct (the “Code”) applies to all STRUT VIP members, regardless of membership type, role, or location. We may refer to this Code when addressing conduct concerns, including potential membership revocation.
This Code forms a part of our terms and conditions (the “Terms”), and your use of the Service shall constitute your acceptance of this Code and our Terms.
Member Expectations
All STRUT VIP members are expected to:

Uphold the reputation and integrity of STRUT VIP.

Act with honesty, responsibility and respect toward others.

Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, any applicable occupation health and safety regulations.

Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and not post, upload, release, distribute or in any other way make available on or through the Service any content or materials which include, use, contain (in whole or in part) or infringe any rights of any third party (including, without limitation, copyright).

Use their membership responsibly and not for unfair personal gain.

Avoid conflicts of interest and reject any form of unethical inducement.

Not impersonate any person, including without limitation us or our staff, and refrain from making unauthorized statements on behalf of STRUT, including on social media.

Conduct business with STRUT, its sponsors, partners, and affiliates with professionalism and respect.

Maintain an abuse-free environment and not engage in discrimination, harassment, bullying, trolling, stalking, or violence of any kind.

Not take any action, upload or share any content, or otherwise use the Service in any way which is in any way immoral, unethical, hateful, offensive, a breach of privacy, illegal, racist, vulgar, pornographic, sexually offensive, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or bullying.

Not cause disruption to the Service or in any way interfere with the proper operation of the Service, including without limitation by damaging any account, software, hardware or network.

Not upload spam, commercial, marketing, advertisement or solicitation content or promotional content or any third-party links.

Not sell or buy Service-related items (including, without limitation, credits) with other members or third parties for real-world currency (except for authorized transactions, where applicable, from us or our authorized third-party partners).

Not buy or sell membership accounts to access the Service.
No Moderation
We are not responsible for moderating, monitoring or recording any activity in the Service or in connection with the Service, although we reserve the right to do so. We may (but we are not obliged to) moderate any content and activities to ensure they are in compliance with this Code and our Terms. We reserve the right to delete, without notice, any content, materials and/or communications which are in breach of this Code. In serious cases, we may cooperate with any third-party partners and/or with law enforcement authorities and this may involve us disclosing information to those third parties and authorities, subject to the Terms and our privacy policy.
Reporting Violations
Any suspected violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to membership@strutentertainment.com. All reports will be taken seriously, and appropriate action may be taken, up to and including termination of membership.
