What is the criteria to join STRUT VIP?To ensure STRUT VIP provides the highest level of support to artists ready to take the next step in their careers, membership is open to artists who meet the following criteria: Music Releases: Must have released at least two professionally recorded songs on DSPs (Digital Service Providers) such as Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music. Live Performance Experience: Must have performed live with a full band at least twice within the past year. STRUT VIP is designed for emerging artists who are actively building their careers and seeking access to industry expertise, strategic support, and key professional services. What career stage should an artist or band be in to best take advantage of STRUT VIP Membership?STRUT VIP is geared toward both emerging and more established artists. The beauty of the credit redemption system is that you can choose what sessions are most relevant to you at the current stage in your career. For example an emerging artist or band might want to use credits for an A&R consult to help them hone in on the right songs and sound, and a more mid career artist might prefer to dive into a session on DSP artist best practices to ensure they're maximizing potential opportunities when the release music.

If I’m in a band, how many members can take part in STRUT VIP sessions and workshops?Please designate one band member/ email to be the main contact for your STRUT VIP account For group sessions, one member may attend For one-on-one sessions the whole band may attend

Do you offer free trials?No, we do not offer free trials. However, if you have any questions about membership or the value you receive as a member, we're happy to connect. Please reach out via membership@strutentertainment.com. We also offer an info sessions a couple of times a month and you don't need to be a member to join that and ask any questions about STRUT VIP. Does STRUT VIP Membership auto-renew?Yes, your membership will auto-renew each year on the anniversary of your sign up date. You will be notified via email at least 3 times before the renewal takes place.

Can I purchase more than 8 credits?No, you cannot purchase more than 8 credits. However, you can access our STRUT VIP preferred rate from Strut Entertainment (for public relations services) and its valued industry partners. Why only 8 credits?We know you need to manage your time and your money. We want to keep the yearly cost and amount of benefits received manageable for independent artists, and that's why we offer 8 credits to STRUT VIP members per year. All sessions and resources you can redeem STRUT VIP credits for are 1-2 credits each. Therefore, with 8 credits you can redeem for 4-8 sessions, services, or resources every year, which is great value and hopefully a manageable amount for most independent artists. You also receive members benefits and perks which add significant additional value. If you need more, you can access our STRUT VIP preferred rate from Strut Entertainment and its valued industry partners. The discount with Strut is 20% for public relations services. How can I cancel my STRUT VIP Membership?We're sad to see you go, but you can cancel your STRUT VIP membership at any time. To do so simply: - go to the Manage Account section of the website and login with your email and password - Click "renew, upgrade or update billing" - Click "Cancel My Membership" - Click "Save" button Keep in mind you will immediately lose access to your Strut VIP credits and member perks, so you should only cancel your membership if you're ok with that taking effect immediately. We'd also love to hear from you on why you're not renewing your membership so we can keep improving our offerings.

Can I cancel my STRUT VIP membership partway through the year?You can cancel your membership at any time, but if you cancel it before your year is up and you have any remaining credits, you will forfeit those. You will also immediately lose access to your additional member benefits and perks. If there are extenuating circumstances, please get in touch with us at membership@strutentertainment.com.

How long does it take to hear back if I email you?We do our best to answer all inquiries as promptly as possible, and aim to get back to you within two business days.

I have used all my member credits - is there a STRUT VIP rate if I'd like to pay for additional services?Yes, there's a special STRUT VIP members-only rate for services from Strut Entertainment (for public relations services) and its trusted industry partners! I can't sign into my account or am having other technical difficulties - help!First of all we recommend you try a password reset. If that doesn't work, please contacts us at membership@strutentertainment.com detailing your issue and we'll get in touch as soon as we can (within two business days). If you're experiencing a particular error or issue, it's very helpful if you can provide screen grabs. Depending on the issue, we may ask for a time that we can call you to try and help and resolve the issue.

Additional Information & Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel a consult session for any reason, we ask for at least two business days notice via membership@strutentertainment.com. Please indicate the session name, date and time. Then we can put these credits back in your account. If you cancel more than two sessions with less than two business days notice, the third time this happens, we will not be able to refund your credits.
If you need to reschedule yourself to a different group session, please contact us at membership@strutentertainment.com at least two business days prior the session so we can assist you.
Occasionally, something comes up for our consultants and they might need to move the date and time of your consultation. Should this occur Strut will contact you as soon as possible with alternate date and time option
